Avocado and Fried Egg Breakfast

This has become one of my favorite go to breakfasts! Takes about 5 minutes to prepare. 

Heat olive oil and crack in the egg, sprinkle with Spike seasoning! While frying, mash half an avocado on a nice plate. Flip the egg. Add a Wasa Sourdough Crispbread to the plate. Put the egg on top of the avocado and add some hot sauce! Ta da! Breakfast is served!
